The damaged Kerch Bridge road span is not fully repaired/reopened within one week of 2022-10-08 (i.e. not before ~2022-10-15)

Criterion met: 'the damaged Kerch Bridge road span is not fully repaired/reopened within one week (not before ~2022-10-15).' Limited car traffic resumed within hours, but ONLY on the undamaged/surviving lanes; the collapsed road spans themselves were not repaired for months (Crimea-bound rebuilt span 5 Dec 2022; all damaged spans replaced 31 Jan 2023; full reopening 23 Feb 2023). So full repair of the damaged span did not occur within one week of 8 Oct 2022. resolved_on = 2022-10-15, the one-week mark by which it was already verifiable that the damaged span was not fully repaired. No conflicting evidence.

Outcome evidence

  • TASS factbox 'How Crimean Bridge was restored': on 8 Oct 2022 a truck bomb collapsed two road spans; passenger-car traffic resumed ~4 PM the same day but only on ONE LANE of the SURVIVING (undamaged) part, with two lanes by 9 Oct. The DAMAGED spans were not yet repaired. Traffic toward Crimea on a rebuilt road section launched 5 Dec 2022 (Putin drove across); replacement of all four damaged spans of the Krasnodar-bound road part completed 31 Jan 2023; both road carriageways fully reopened 23 Feb 2023.

    Evidence

  • Wikipedia 'Crimean Bridge': portions of the Crimea-bound road segment collapsed on 8 Oct 2022; only limited traffic resumed shortly after on remaining lanes. The road bridge was 'fully opened again to traffic' on 23 Feb 2023 per Deputy PM Khusnullin — roughly 4.5 months after the blast, far more than one week.

    Evidence

  • Al Jazeera (9 Oct 2022): confirms only limited road traffic resumed immediately after the blast, on the intact lanes, while the collapsed section remained out of service — i.e., the damaged span itself was not repaired within days.
