Into the Cryptoverse YouTube channel
Benjamin Cowen's video channel is where almost all of his public, datable market calls live: near-daily videos and livestreams on Bitcoin, Ethereum, altcoins, Bitcoin dominance, and the broader stock market, running from June 2019 to today. The channel carries roughly 2,962 uploads. The whole catalogue can be listed automatically from the channel's uploads playlist and its update feed, and for each video the words come from the spoken transcript (auto-captions) plus the description, so the sweep aims to work through the full catalogue rather than a hand-picked few.

- How we sampled
- Every video is worth mining, because Cowen's forecasts frequently sit in the charts and narration rather than the title. As a recall aid, each sampled title was checked for forecast language: commitment words (will, won't, going to, expect, predict, forecast, bet, target), timing words (by a given year, within, soon, this year, next, coming, cycle), and outcome words (crash, collapse, boom, recession, bottom, top, capitulation, bull, bear, new high or low, price levels and dollar figures). This language is only an aid, not a filter. Of the 65 sampled titles, 39 carried clear forecast language and 26 did not. All 26 of the non-forecast-looking titles were then read as a random tail check for calls the title missed; about 8 of them (roughly 31 percent) still pointed to a genuine directional or dated market call hidden behind a descriptive title (for example 'Ethereum: Still Far From Home', 'The ETH/BTC ratio: Another perfect setup?', 'Bitcoin: King of the market'). Because that hidden-call rate is high, the sweep deliberately does not rely on titles at all: every video's transcript is examined, so a plainly named video is not skipped.
Open web search
Beyond the systematic video sweep, targeted open searches cover his guest appearances on other people's podcasts and the recap articles that outlets publish about his videos. Those recaps are written by other people in the third person and are used only to point back to the original video, never quoted as his own words. His short-form posts on X and the free newsletter mostly restate the same forecasts he makes in the day's video.
- Guest podcast appearances (e.g. Bankless, and other crypto shows) where Cowen states dated market calls on air
- Third-party recap articles (TheStreet and similar) used only to locate the underlying video and trace his exact words
- His X/Twitter account (@intocryptoverse) for short-form dated calls
- The free newsletter, whose forecasts largely restate the same-day video
Known gaps
The overwhelming majority of Benjamin Cowen's public track record is on his video channel, and that is where coverage is deepest. Several real gaps remain. First, his forecasts often live in the spoken narration and on-screen charts rather than in a video's title, so a title-driven shortlist would miss a large share of calls; the random tail check found roughly a third of ordinary-looking titles still hid a genuine directional or dated call, which is why the plan is to work through every video's transcript rather than a keyword shortlist. Second, his frequent livestreams and 'watch party' sessions are long and loosely structured, and their automatic transcripts can be missing or low quality, so those are the least reliably covered segment. Third, his own subscription platform and paid research reports sit behind a login and cannot be read automatically, so any calls made only there are out of reach; the free newsletter and public posts largely echo the same-day video. Fourth, his written newsletter has no working public feed to collect from: the site's own feed is empty, and an old newsletter address on another platform was only ever a placeholder that was never populated, so there is no automatic text archive to pull and the text side is intentionally not treated as a separate collection. The largest single remaining gap is exhaustively working through the roughly three thousand back-catalogue videos and salvaging transcripts for the older livestreams.

Bitcoin does NOT register its bull-cycle peak price during calendar year 2021.
Criterion: BTC does NOT register its bull-cycle peak price during 2021. The 2020-21 cycle's peak ($69,044) occurred 2021-11-10 - i.e. the cycle DID peak in 2021, falsifying the prediction. BTC did not exceed this level again in 2021 (yearly high stood), and only surpassed it in 2024, so the 2021 top is unambiguously the cycle peak. (Outcome value/scoring left to a later stage.)

Outcome evidence
Bitcoin's 2020-2021 bull cycle peaked at an all-time high of ~$69,044 on 2021-11-10, then declined into 2022. This cycle top was registered within calendar year 2021.
CoinGecko research confirms the 2021 cycle high of ~$69k on 2021-11-10 as the bull-cycle peak; the next new all-time high did not occur until March 2024.

Bitcoin's all-time cycle price high is NOT set during the 2021 calendar year.
Criterion (BTC's all-time cycle price high is NOT set during 2021) NOT met: the cycle high WAS set Nov 10, 2021. The prediction (assigning <10% chance to a 2021 peak) is resolvable against the written criterion. No outcome value assigned.

Outcome evidence
Bitcoin set a record high of ~$68,982 on Nov 10, 2021. This November 2021 peak stood as Bitcoin's all-time high in USD terms for more than two years, until it was surpassed in March 2024 — establishing that a cycle price peak (indeed the cycle's all-time high) DID occur during calendar 2021.
Forbes reported the same Nov 10, 2021 all-time high near $69,000; the subsequent cycle low (~$16k) came in late 2022 and the next higher high only in 2024 — so 2021 unambiguously contained the cycle's price peak.

BTC's price declines to touch (retest) its 20-week SMA bull-market support band at any point on or before 2021-02-28.
Event determinably did NOT occur by deadline; resolved_on set to the 2021-02-28 deadline (the point the window closed with no retest). Weekly 20-week SMA computed from Coinbase Sunday closes; minimum price-to-SMA gap over the whole window was +44%, so the conclusion is insensitive to exchange choice or SMA-vs-band (20w SMA / 21w EMA) interpretation. No outcome value assigned.

The Bitcoin bull market support band pushes higher!
YouTube ·
Outcome evidence
BTC/USD never declined to touch its rising 20-week SMA between the 2020-12-16 call and the 2021-02-28 deadline. Coinbase daily-low data vs the weekly-computed 20-week SMA shows the CLOSEST approach was +44.4% above the SMA (2020-12-16: low ~$19,300 vs SMA ~$13,367). Price ran up (parabolic) the entire window while the SMA trailed far below (SMA rose from ~$13.4k in mid-Dec to ~$27.9k by 2021-02-28), so the gap never closed. Retest did NOT occur.
Even the late-Jan 2021 local low (~$28,800 on 2021-01-27, when the 20-week SMA was ~$20,000) sat ~40%+ above the support band. The band upper bound (21-week EMA) was also never touched.
